Being introduced to new music or new bands is always a joy.  This month I had the pleasure of seeing two new bands I had never heard of (yes, I am a little embarrassed because a lot of people seem to know of them!).  Fell in love with both of them.

First, we headed to The Old Rock House with Korey and Anna for an evening of music and friendship.  They had heard the band previously and highly recommended them.  We didn't really know what to expect but managed to have a blast!

They are a bluegrass band that just rocks it!













Next on the agenda for September was The Chesterfield Ampitheater.  Again, I had not heard of the band (even though Jim knew them well) but always open for new music!  Mike and Jill invited us to join as this is a favorite of theirs.
It was a perfect night to sit out under the stars, dance to great music and have a few cocktails.
